BlockBrick is a pre-launch, Malta-first property intelligence platform preparing a seed round to build the regulated infrastructure for fractional property access in Malta and, later, the EU. This page is for investors, advisors, property owners and agents, and strategic partners — not for making investments today.
Why now, and why Malta
The fractional property market proved demand globally, then spent 2025–26 proving what breaks it: opaque analysis and over-promised liquidity. The opening is a platform that leads with transparent research and treats access as something to be earned through regulation — which is also the only thing a pre-license startup can credibly sell.
Malta is a euro, English-speaking EU base with a dense agency market, no dominant property-data product, strong international buyer demand and a national policy push behind restoring vacant and heritage property. It is also the home regulator for the route we are investigating: the EU Crowdfunding Regulation (ECSPR), for which the MFSA is the competent authority — a framework that could passport across the EU once licensed. No route is final until counsel confirms it; the regulatory milestones are public on the roadmap.
